I'm impressed with FMV-BIBLO LOOX T93C/W and have the intention to buy one. But before this, I want to make clear the following questions:
1. Is the Operating System (Windows XP) a Japanese version or an English one?
2. Is there any extra tax or cost I need to pay besides the open price? I'm Chinese, living in China now.
3. Next month I'll go to Tokyo, where can I buy a FMV-BIBLO LOOX T93C/W near Akihabara?

This is roughly what Mr. Takarou wrote in [1370334].

1. It's a Japanese version.
2. Only the 5% consumption tax.
3, Numerous PC shops in Akihabara. Look around and you are
sure to find one.

Mr. Takarou does not mention where to find duty free shops.
I've never actually shopped duty free in Japan before but
frankly I doubt that you can save substantial amount of money
by doing so.

worth a look.
