どなたかS7でLinuxのインストールした方お見えでしょうか？
もし成功した方見えたら情報ください。

vine 2.6はだめでしたが、red hat9.0はうまくインストールできました。
ただ、モニターのカラー表示が32ビットではうまく表示されなかったので
８ビット表示に/etc/X11/XF98ConfigのScreenのDepthを8にインストール
後、変更しました。
また、CD-ROMからのbootは東芝のPCカード接続の純正CD-ROMドライバーを
利用しました。

参考までに、XF86Configは以下のように設定されています。
