１月ごろに買って、ミニキーボードを使って、Documents to goで文章を作っています。
電車の中でも書けて便利なのですが、バックスペースやEnterを押すと、なぜか２回押したことになってしまうことことがあります。

どのSJ30でもそうなるのですか？
対処法とかがあったら教えてください。
よろしくお願いします。

その件について、サポートのページから新しいドライバを試しましたが同じです。あまりにイライラするので先日ソニーの電話サポートに電話して確認しました。
事例が無いとのことでしたが、ソニーで確認した際にも同じ現象が確認できたとのことです。
これから内部で検討するとのことで、現状は解決策がありませんとのことでした。
ちなみにDocuments to goは添付品でありながらサードパーティー製で、解決に時間がかかる可能性もありますといわれました。

電話も一発で掛かったし、対応してくれるとのことなので、おとなしく待つことにしました。
一緒に待ちましょう！！

おとなしく待っていようと思っていたのですが、とりあえずDocument To GoのメーカーであるDataVizにも問い合わせてみました。
あまり参考にならない答えでしたが、一応回答を乗せておきます。

Documents To Go currently support many of the main keyboards including the Palm Folder away, the Go Type and the thumb board. There is actually a lot of controversy surrounding Palm keyboards. The reason for this is there is no standard. For instance in a Windows world, you can plug any keyboard regardless of brand or make into your computer and start typing. This is because Windows has a standard protocol that these input devices must use.
This however is not the case with Palm keyboard. For instance with some keyboards Command S is select all but with others its Command A. DataViz and other software companies across our industry have been actively trying to get Palm to adopt a standard. Right now we support many of the thumb based keyboards as well as the Palm stowaway models. To be able to support every keyboard though, we would have to write a separate driver and input API for each keyboard which unfortunately isn't feasible.

There are no known issues of the key stroke being duplicated. But there are a couple of possibilities. It may simply be a lag in the display, so it appears to be duplicating. There could also be issue with the keyboard driver and how we render characters. Finally if you are using a Japanese OS, you may want to opt for the Japanese version of Documents To Go. There may be issues in the character conversions.

In version 5.0 however, we greatly increased the number of keyboards that we support, the different key strokes and speed in general. You may notice an improvement with this version.

返事が遅れてしまってすみません。

やっぱり、パームウェアはキーボードとの相性問題があるんですね...
CLIEの上位機種でキーボードがついてるのがありますが、それでもなるのかも気になるところですね。

いまうちのCLIEは液晶が割れてしまってDocuments to goどころではない状態になってしまいましたが...　(:_;)

自分も同様の症状が出てかなりいらつきましたが、これはDataVizの
回答にもある通り、パワー不足にも原因の一端があるように思えます。
文章が重くなるに従って、変な挙動が出始めるわけで・・・・
かといってKB20はクロックアップすると動作しないです。

そこで、DAMemopadを使ってアウトラインで文書編集、
Docments・・・上では整形のみを行うようにすればいい感じです。
ただ、当然ながら
シルクエリアから起動するDAランチャはこのキーボードと併用しにくいので、
X-masterとButtonDAHack（＋Ada）・・・・という構成になります。
Atokの推測変換は、重いので切っておいたほうがいいかも。
