I want to buy a digi-came which the lens could be turn around.
As i know so far,there're nikon 995,4500 and casio 2900.
could someone tell me please which one or any else should i get
i know the casio2900 wiil cost lower,but dose it good enough?

So I recommend you to buy QV-2900.
