Well, it is the answer of the question. Unless you are a person who is working in office in Japan, you will be shopping at the duty free in the duty-free shop.

Thanks you for your rapid answer. I did not familiar with Japanese traffic thus I prefer to buy things online. Would you help me to make the story more clearly that how can I submit my passport to your online website (I have tried with official dell website). If it is impossible, does it mean that I have to find some store near to my address which accept the tax free form ?

Even a stay of less than 6 months, You have to pay the tax if you want to use Dell PC in Japan.
If you bought it at the duty-free shop, you need to export it within 30 days.
