透明度とぼかしの調整は AGTweaker で行います。

-opacity [0-255] : Set the opacity value, default = 175.
-blur [0-255] : Set the blur value, default = 30.

Windows 8 default theme - Fix for dark title bars.
というテーマを適用してみますとウィンドウの境界がよりはっきりします。

暗めのウィンドウ枠でもタイトルが見えにくくならないのがこのテーマのいいところです。
アクティブのTitleTextは白(255 255 255)、非アクティブのはグレー(212 208 200)となっていました。
