BUT the RMA process will take up to 6 weeks for most countries outside taiwan,

PLEASE provide us with the FIRMWARE 1.39 and instructions to flash it. All other companies with firmware upgrades almost always allow the option for the customer to update the firmware themselves, Asus are failing to provide proper support for there product.

RMA for a firmware update is unacceptable, it is not a hardware issue.」

やはり一旦メーカーへ送り返し、ファームウェアをアップデートしてもらう必要がありそうです。
