シルバーを買いました。
広角レンズのものが欲しかったの、みなさんの意見を参考にしながら決めました。決め手は大きさと値段ですかね。
SDカードは1Gのカードを買いに行ったら、2Gのカードがたまたま安売りしていたので（6000円）迷わず2Gを買いました。570枚程度撮れそうです。
みなさんがご指摘の画質についてはそんなに気になりません。
自分はL判サイズ以外はほとんど印刷しない為、十分満足できる範囲です。
ただちょっと暗い場所（フラッシュ無し）の時はイマイチです。ノイズ？が発生します。ISOの設定が悪いのかもしれません。
みなさんはISOの設定はどうされてますか？
AUTO？IISO？その都度感度を設定してますか？
イマイチISOの基準というか意味がわからないもので・・・

私の機種は別機種で私の撮影スタンスでの話ですが、私の場合、暗い場所で動く被写体は撮影しないし、ほとんどの撮影で三脚を使用するのでISO感度は最低感度に固定しています。

唯一違うのは甲子園のナイター、
この時ばかりは、我慢の限度超えてますがＩＳＯ　４００。

AUTOだとISO800まで上がってしまう
某F社カメラもありますので（イヤ、でも
キレイなんですけどね）、私も基本的には
最低感度に設定してます。

This model can be used only at 100 ISO, other wise , you will see excessive noise .

I seldom use higher ISO than 100.

But only the first day , I used 800 and 400 ISO for test shots and I decided never use it again .

The noise is so horrible , even at 100 ISO , it is visible .

So this model is not a cam to produce a A4 print but can be ok for a blog and web posting .


Just never think of this as a serious camera , just use it as a snap camera and know the limitation of it , then you are happy.

Never use it after 6pm in ambient light.

This model's macro is horrible compared it with DSC-W100 or A620 and A710 IS(can not use the flash in Macro due to the excessive flash out put).


Only as a day time , snap shot cam bring with me to my work , it is an ok camera.

But now , I bought A710 IS , so probably won't use it so often .


Canon is better .


No manual control is really really bad .

This is just like a cell phone camera with a strong flash and wide lens ... but it is ok with me , cause I knew it before bought it and accepted and compromised the image quality for 28mm lens .


This is all about the camera .

Now , this model is no longer popular because Canon released a similar model .


Well , this was a short short life model .


Panasonic is a noise box .
