おととい　秋葉原のﾖﾄﾞﾊﾞｼｶﾒﾗで買った６６Ｈ　故障します。
時々起動できません。どしてですか？

会社は、町田に近いですから、町田のﾖﾄﾞﾊﾞｼｶﾒﾗで　換えるこどができますか？
すみません、外国人ですから、日本語が下手です。
Maybe I havenot express my situation clearly.
I means:
I bought a dynabook 66h from Yodobashi located in Akihabara last saturday. Unfortunately, now there is something wrong with it.
Some times it cannot start,while the hard disk does not work.
What should I do?
Has any one met the same problem?
For my company is not far from Matida, could I exchange for a new one at Yodobashi located in Matida?

町田のヨドバシでも
保証書があれば対応してくれると思います。

トラブルの詳細が解りませんので、ノートPCのHDDだけが悪いのか？
それともマザーボードが悪いのか？判別出来ませんので、
ヨドバシ経由で東芝のサポートセンターに修理依頼をするのが良いと思います。

Maybe you can change to new one at Machida with everything you got(Include receipt)
But I'm not sure, so you should ask them.
Of course you also can ask them to see about what problem happened with your computer.
and this is my advice:you should call to Toshiba's support center to ask these things "You can get new one or not""What you should do to use this computer" because I think that someone who the support person can speak English

I have exchange TX66H for a Fujitsu PC.
Yodobashi is of such a kind service.


TX66H is a good PC with low price.
The screen and voice are fantasitic.
But I am afraid it would be not able to start again.
So I choose another brand.

I have heard that Fujitsu is Japanese IBM.
While the real IBM has became a story of history, I choose this.
Maybe what I choose is not so cost-efficient as TX.
I hope it has good performance.

as well as Toshiba.
Don't worry about it.

You just had a bad luck, but
Yodobashi's recovery was very good,
so I think you were lucky over all.
