ご存知の方がいらしたら教えて下さい。
Ｇ７のＣＣＤはソニーＮ２のSuper HAD CCDと同じものなのでしょうか。Ｄレンジ拡大のSuper HAD CCDが少々気になってきたもので。

Super HAD CCDの機能があれば自然とPRしてくるでしょうし、SONYも1/1.7と1/1.8と個別には準備しないと思いますので、別物だと思います。

という発表があったと記憶してるのですが・・・。

あァァ気になる・・・・
Super HAD CCDなら現時点最強なのに。
技術系人間の悪い癖で、スペックが良いと
何かありがたいんですよね。
画像への鑑賞眼は素人なんですけど。

It is probably made by Panasonic.
I think LA times reported that.

Any way , G7 's pics that I compared with some of FZ50's pics, seem very similar although Canon definitely has much better noise reduction technique than that of PAnasonic.

I think EX-Z1000 has a Sharp made CCD and so does Pentax A20.

I think t his tells you something , if a manufacture wants to release a 10 mp compact with Sony CCD on, it will have to wait until Sony release its own with the new CCD.
So many companies using Sony CCD will have to wait until next Spring to release a compact with N2 ccd on ,but many companies can not wait to lose chance just because of Sony's CCD release schedule.

Those really desparate companies , probably went with Sharp or PAnasonic .

And according to NY times , Sony CCd 's are more expensive than that of Sharp and Sanyo's.

Any way , N2 's image sensor is definitely of good quality .

I like that model but the touch screen impeding me from buying it .


But N2 is highly recommended at imaging-resource.com and dcresource.com

This model's ISO400 is quite good , close to that of F30 .

If you do not mind using the touch screen , it is a great model .


I hope sony release W model with this CCD on .

現在CANONの別のデジタルカメラにCCDの不良があり無料保障期間を経過したものも含め、無料交換していますよね。
SONYのCCDにも内部配線外れの瑕疵があり問題になってましたよね。
たぶん、これもSONYのCCDだと思われます。（画素数も他社のカメラの1000万画素CCDと総画素数が同じ）

この種の小型CCDでノイズの少ないのはSONYしかないでしょう。
それにしても電池でも、CCDでもSONYの品質はかなり低下していますよね。
クロス配置のフジのハニカムCCDの画像補間技術が確立したら、このCCD使ってほしいですよね。　たぶん1画素は2倍以上の面積が確保できるでしょう。
フジも外販してもよいとITニュースで書いてましたから。ただしソフト技術は売らないとも。

詳細な回答ありがとうございます。
（あまりにお詳しいので業界の方？）
確かに常識で考えてもソニーが新製品として出した
ばかりの新作ＣＣＤを他社に同時供給するわけが
ありませんよね。

Z-1000＆A20がSharp製CCDというのは画素数から見て
もそうかもしれませんね。でもＧ７がPana製CCDと
いうのはビックリです。
Pana製品で同じ10MのCCDを使った製品ありました？？

Ｇ７は最終製品としての魅力は最高ですが、フジの
CCD自社開発(委託?)の姿勢もすごいと思います。
（しかも結果を出している）

Super HAD CCD搭載のＧ７次期モデルを待っているうち
にまた別の魅力的な機種が出てくるのでしょうね。
何と贅沢な悩み！！

Sorry , key board problem and any way I want to tell you one thing.

I just read a rumor in LA and Canada :there is a local news paper called LA times, talking about Canon 's using some Panasonic CCd's and the paper itself said it is not confirmed information yet .


I do not remember when I saw that article first time , though I saw it 2 times on different sites .

I was looking at Panasonic's CCD line ups and I gues the one on Power Shot G7 is the same one as one on FZ50, not usre , though.

Also their image quite similar to my eyes, although Canon has much better noise reduction technique...

But if you see FZ50's RAW file , the image is quite good with alot of details .


I really wanna have the FZ50 , but G7 is nice too .

I think Sony N2 is a good model but the touch screen scares me a way .

G7 is selling well here despite of alot of negative reviews there on this model because of its lacking Raw mode.


I think Canon 's afraid to put good Raw mode on this cause it is going to harm the sells of its SLR's like Kiss (rebel XTI).

But if the G7 had Raw mode , I would buy both as a set .


Hope Canon put Raw mode on the next G model .
