趣味としたいのか、家族の記録か？

FZ5とL1他を併用しています。
L1で超望遠をまかなおうとするとそれなりのレンズが必要になります。
高倍率ズーム機とは相互補完的な位置関係となるので、二択となると難しい選択となります。

L1は、レンズ交換も含めて拡張性は高くなりますが、それなりのコスト負担と装備のかさばりが増してくることになります。

その他の特性の違いとしては、ファインダーの見え方と被写界深度の違いです。
L1の被写界深度は浅くなります。
画像の傾向はサンプルで比較判断してください。

持ち味がかなり異なりますから、どのような指向性を重視するのか、整理してみることをおすすめします。

Ｌ１は一眼レフですよ。
なので追加でレンズを買うと、物によっては凄まじい額に＾＾。

L１のデザインに惚れ込んで購入した一人です。私の場合、スペックや操作性、描写に不満点があっても、全てカメラデザインが相殺してくれてます。こんなユーザーもいるということで(^^)。

FZ50の事は分からないのですが、L1ユーザーです。

私の知っている限り、L1ユーザーにはL1に拘りを持っている方が多い様な......。^^

スタイルによる選択も勿論、その一つだと思います。

私はスタイル(銀塩に似た操作性)もそうですが、このLEICA14-50ｍｍのレンズの描写が気に入っての購入でした。
そうですね、何ていうか立体感とか空気感と言うのでしょうか...
独特の描写だと。

ただ、この辺りは全く好みの領域かと思いますので、価格、スタイル、描写....様々な点から見て、ザネックさんの納得の行くご決断をなさるのが宜しいかと。^^

Both are noisy and bad cameras.

I had an FZ50 for a 2 weeks , but could not stand the IQ , just simply horrible pics come out ....

the lens is not so good either , it is simply over rated because of Leica name ....

the lens is fast(f2.8-f3.7) and covering usable range , but is of too poor quality....too much CA(purple fringe)...


The real problem with Panny is that the Venus engine 3, not the CCd itself.

The Panny 's aggressive noise reduction really smearing off all low-contrast fine detail and make all pics like french impressionist paints even at ISO100.


I 'd say the FZ30 was much better than the FZ50(at least , the FZ30 was more honest had only ISO range of 50-400), Panasonic only trying to improve specs on paper , not the real usability or qaulity that can not advertise on paper so easily...

So put the ISO 3200 number , the 10MP on paper , then Panasonic can manipulate those naive users ....into buying its products....


But I believe that any one having his or her own eyes on the image quality of those Panny models, not just listening to what a review says about those Panny models, once , he or she tries it out for him or herself, will never buy any PAnny again.


I will not buy any Panny , esp those prosumer cameras , too risky ....


I think if you have that kind of money for the L1 , you better off considering a Nikon D80 or a Canon 30D.. much cheaper and much better IQ.
